The supplied index reports: HA and PDRN were covalently linked to form a hydrogel, which was assessed for viscoelasticity, hydration, degradation, injectability and biocompatibility, and compared with HA crosslinked hydrogel. In mouse experiments, volume maintenance beyond 24 weeks and changes in inflammatory and collagen-related findings were recorded.
