The supplied index reports: This study investigated an eight-ingredient bioactive composition using network pharmacology and subsequent in vitro experiments at epidermal, dermal, and tissue levels. Network pharmacology identified 24 statistically significant pathways associated with skin aging; in vitro experiments showed fibroblast proliferation, upregulation of barrier-related genes, and changes in collagen and oxidative stress markers, while the Acmella oleracea extract constituent demonstrated neuro-relaxing activity in zebrafish embryos.
