The supplied index reports LC-MS profiling and in vitro chemical, enzyme and cell assays of fermented Yunnan rose extract (FRE). Under the tested conditions, the extract exhibited DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging, reduced cellular reactive oxygen species, inhibited tyrosinase, collagenase and hyaluronidase activities, decreased melanin synthesis and modulated collagen-related gene expression.

LC-MS profiling identified 13 major compounds with astragalin as the predominant component.Compound identification (as per index summary)
In vitro, the extract scavenged DPPH and ABTS radicals, reduced cellular ROS, inhibited tyrosinase, collagenase and hyaluronidase, decreased melanin synthesis, and modulated COL1A1, COL3A1, MMPs and MAPK1 expression. In vitro bioactivities (as per index summary)
