The supplied index reports diffusion experiments comparing intradermal retention of rutin under different ultrasound parameters in porcine and nude-mouse skin. Under the recorded conditions, specific parameters yielded intradermal retention ratios of 1.8-fold and 2.63-fold versus no ultrasound, and ultrasound-assisted treatment showed faster barrier recovery in a tape-stripping mouse model.
