The supplied index reports a single-centre retrospective study examining correlations between skin microstructure parameters and wrinkles/sagging in 34 participants aged 42–60 after 56 days of anti-ageing product use. Epidermal ageing parameters showed stronger associations, dermal-epidermal junction parameters showed moderate associations, and dermal parameters showed no significant association within this cohort and observation period.
