The supplied index reports on a study in which a flavonoid fraction (PURF) was isolated from Prinsepia utilis seed residue and assessed through biochemical assays, zebrafish, a D-galactose-induced mouse ageing model, and human fibroblast and 3D full-thickness skin models. Under the tested conditions, PURF inhibited free radicals, collagenase, and elastase in biochemical assays and modulated senescence-related markers and AMPK/mTOR/TGF-β pathway protein expression in the animal and cell-based models.

The tested flavonoid fraction PURF showed inhibitory activities against free radicals, collagenase, and elastase in biochemical assays.Findings recorded in the supplied index
