The supplied index reports: This in vitro study examined the effects of Rosa roxburghii extract on UVB‑irradiated keratinocytes, measuring inflammatory mediators and IL‑17 pathway markers, and also used an inflammation‑conditioned fibroblast model to assess senescence‑associated β‑galactosidase, COL1A1, and secretory phenotype. The extract reduced multiple inflammatory mediators and pathway indicators, and fibroblast senescence markers showed corresponding alterations.
